The hotel is situated near Kolymbia, about 23 km from Rodos town, 12 km from Faliraki and 6 km from Golf Afandou. The distance from Hotel Loutanis to the beautiful beach of Afandou is about 600 m, to Kolymbia beach about 700 m. The hotel offers free transfer with a minibus to the nearest beach. The hotel area consists of 3 buildings (main building and 2 side buildings) with reception, bar, lounge, TV-area, restaurant, safe boxes, 2 pools with umbrellas and chairs, children’s pool, snack-pool bar and children’s playground. The hotel was built in 1990 and completely renovated in 2001 including restaurant, reception and big green garden area which is about 10.000 m2. With the new wing which was also built in 2001 the hotel now has 250 beds (100 rooms). Each room is equipped with air condition, bathroom, balcony, free TV and telephone. Hotel organize tours, walks and dayly events in order to show up natural and cultural wealth of our island The restaurant provides rich breakfast, lunch and dinner with cold and warm buffet. |

The island of Rhodes is located at the crossroads of two major sea routes of the Mediterranean between the Aegean Sea and the coast of the Middle East, as well as Cyprus and Egypt. The Medieval Town of Rhodes is the result of different architectures belonging to various historic eras, predominantly those of the Knights of St. John. |
