Das Hotel Loutanis befindet sich im Ort Kolymbia und ist ca. 23 km
von Rhodos entfernt, 12 km von Faliraki und ca. 6 km vom Golfplatz Afandou.
Die Entfernung vom Hotel zum schonen Strand von Afandou betragt ungefahr
600 m, Zum Strand von Kolymbia sind es ca. 700 m. Das Hotel bietet einen
kostenlosen Transfer mit dem hoteleigenen Minibus zum nachstgelegenen
Strand.
Die Hotelanlage besteht aus insgesamt 3 Gebauden - einem Haupthaus und
2 Nebengebauden mit rezeption, Bar, Lounge, TV-Ecke und Restaurant und
Pool-Snack-Bar. Die Gaste konnen sich an zwei Pools mit Sonnenschirmen
und Liegen erholen. Fur die kleinen Gaste gibt es einen Kinderpool und
einen Spielplatz.
Das hotel Loutanis wurde im jahre 1990 gebaut und 2001 komplett renoviert,
einschlieblich Restaurant, Rezeption, und der ca. 10000 m groben Gartenanlage.
Das Hotel verfugt einschlieblich des 2001 errichteten neuen Flugels
uber insgesamt 250 Betten (100 Zimmer).
Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage, Bad , Balkon Tv und telefon ausgestattet.
Das Restaurant bietet ein reichhaltiges Fruhstuck sowie Mittag und Abendessen
in Buffetform mit warmen und kalten Speisen.
